You want your family to eat better.  You want them to bet healthy, smart, energetic and happy.  It all starts with nutrition. Specifically, with eating more whole foods(nutrition) and removing processed foods(toxins) from your diet.

There are a lot of people, doctors, and websites with the latest diet or way of eating. They all seem a little overwhelming. You wonder how I could possibly incorporate everything they recommend when my day is already completely full with work and keeping up with the kids. 

Relax. Take a deep breath.  Incorporating more healthy whole foods into your daily eating does not have to be difficult.  It does not need to be time-consuming.  Take some baby steps.  Changing the way you think and manage food can take time.  Try to take a step each day or just change one thing this week.
