I am that real busy mom. I work more than full time running an export supplement business to Japan. I have a couple of websites that I manage on the side.
When I started my lifestyle change to whole foods, my children were participating in several youth rodeo associations. We went to practice 3-4 days a week. We also traveled about 48 weekends a year to rodeos. So not only did I need to keep my children athletes in shape but their horses too.
I also love to volunteer to help youth organizations. My husband and I taught 4H for almost 15 years. We spent one night a week at the arena helping other children learn to ride and care for their horse. I organize and put on several rodeos a year.
I completely understand the word busy. But I also know that my families’ health is important. So I make eating a whole foods diet a priority.
I have been in the health industry for over 20 years. In 2009, I had a chance to work with several doctors in the US to create a diet and health program. We worked on this program for over 3 years and studied thousands of overweight Americans. The results were astonishing.
We helped people overcome health conditions like diabetes, high blood pressure, insomnia, sleep apnea, joint pain, PMS, hormone imbalances, sexual dysfunction, and high cholesterol. All of these conditions are directly related to what we eat.
